2 - WALL SPACE

  • Example of one wall on the image:
  1. Wall space of 100cm length and 200 - 250 cm height.
  2. In this example 4 artworks with 50 x 50 cm would look good in a vertical position. 5 works would be too much.
  3. Each artwork must only have less than 65 x 65 x 5 cm and less than 1kg, in the case when you apply for one wall.
Walling and Lighting: Lighting with white spotlights, to highlight works. Walls are 200-250 cm high and painted blanched almond.
Artworks dimensions: The number of artworks and size on display will be selected by the curators team. You may be able to display more than 1 artwork on wall space (for example like the image). It will depend on the size of each artwork and weight. Artworks must only have less than 65 x 65 x 5 cm if one wall.
Artwork that do not respect this limits will be removed from the exhibition. The sculptures are subject to weight limit 5kg each.
Proposals for dynamic, large-scale and site- specific installations; or thought-provoking performance art to take place in the gallery can be submitted for consideration by participating artists.

The 2026 Edition

The latest edition of RED ART Project Geneva was marked by an extraordinary evening of artistic exchange and international presence in Geneva.
Held at Artium Gallery 11, the event welcomed over 200 guests, including both local and international art collectors, artists, and cultural figures. The evening became a vibrant platform for creativity, dialogue, and meaningful connection.
The program continued until 9 PM, sustained by a dynamic atmosphere and strong engagement from attendees throughout the night. The energy in the space reflected the essence of RED ART — a project that brings together diverse artistic voices to explore the symbolic and emotional power of red in contemporary art.
The remarkable turnout and enthusiastic participation confirmed the growing impact of the project within Geneva’s cultural landscape. The presence and support of artists, collectors, and guests played a fundamental role in making the evening a true success.

GENEVA ART MARKET

Geneva, nestled on the shores of Lake Geneva (Lac Léman) and surrounded by the Alps and Jura mountains, is one of the world's most prosperous and influential cities.
As a global financial hub, Geneva is home to numerous private banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies. The financial sector represents a significant portion of the city's GDP, with major international establishments like UBS maintaining substantial offices here.
Geneva's role in international trade is paramount, bolstered by the presence of key organizations such as the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the European headquarters of the United Nations. This concentration of global institutions solidifies Geneva's status as a center for trade negotiations and conflict resolution.
The city is also a prestigious art destination, featuring numerous acclaimed galleries and renowned auction houses like Sotheby's and Christie's. These institutions regularly host exhibitions and sales, drawing collectors and art enthusiasts from around the globe.
Cultural richness abounds in Geneva, with institutions like the Musée d'Art et d'Histoire and the Patek Philippe Museum playing pivotal roles in the city's vibrant art scene. These museums and cultural centers contribute significantly to Geneva's dynamic cultural life.
Additionally, the presence of private collectors and art foundations further enhances Geneva's art market. These entities frequently sponsor exhibitions, support emerging artists, and add to the city's cultural dynamism, making Geneva a thriving hub for the arts.

THE AUDIENCE, PRESS AND MEDIA

The RED ART PROJECT achieved wide international visibility through publication across major event platforms, press distribution networks, and media outlets. The event was promoted via Eventbrite, 10times, AllEvents and Eventfrog, as well as disseminated through global news aggregators such as Google News, Yahoo and The Associated Press.

In Switzerland, coverage extended to leading newspapers including Tages-Anzeiger, Tribune de Genève and Tamedia, reinforcing strong national exposure.

This media strategy was directly aligned with audience development. The influx of art collectors, curators, critics, and art enthusiasts attending major art events in Geneva ensured a larger and more diverse audience for the gallery exhibition. By strategically positioning the exhibition alongside the art fair calendar, the project successfully redirected collectors and professional visitors to the gallery space, increasing networking opportunities and artwork sales.

The combination of international press coverage and targeted local outreach created a dynamic bridge between the art fair circuit and the curated exhibition context, strengthening both visibility and commercial impact.
